What a joy it was to visit Little Capo for the first time last night! I really enjoyed splurging on a nice, three-course dinner with wine at the bar, and all of the food was exceptional. Honestly the best meal I've had in a long time, with the burrata starter probably being the ultimate highlight for me with its genius flavor combinations, but the gnocchetti main course and the berry cake dessert were also fantastic. I also have to shout out the amazing service from all of the friendly staff. They were all so attentive and warm, and I wanted for nothing, including friendly chats, despite how busy they all were making sure that every guest had full glasses and every comfort they could provide. I'm not surprised that this place was busy and full given the quality of the food & service and its warm, lively atmosphere, and I'll absolutely be back whenever I'm back in Edinburgh!
We had a beautiful lunch at Capo! The food was delicious and fresh, service was excellent (thank you Mike!) and the atmosphere is very unique and relaxing. Highly recommend this restaurant in Edinburgh!
Lovely late lunch at Il Capo. Walked in with no reservation at around 2pm and were seated right away. I really recommend getting a spot at the bar if you like peaking at the service. The burrata with foccattia plus the gnochetti were absolutely delicious
I’ve been meaning to visit for ages, so gland I finally found time! The food was great! Courgette fritters are a must! We also had some freshly opened Parmesan which was delicious along side my Pickly Martini. Finished with mushroom risotto for main which was perfect, on a salty side, but that’s how I personally like it. Sadly we don’t have space for a desert. The service was so friendly and warm, the interior is cool and stylish but also very comfy. We will defo go back.
